Please note some changes to 2013 race as of 9/22/13:  Due to lack of rain/water in the White River for the paddle portion of the race the paddle portion of the race will now be on the lake behind the Bowl Mill in Granville.  Therefore, the on-site registration, as well as the bike and run segments also need to be changed.

ON-SITE Registration:  Saturday, Sept. 28  7:30 – 8:30 am at the Bowl Mill in Granville, VT

Race will start at the Bowl Mill with a 3 mile trail run on dirt roads and in the woods.  The race will then return to the Bowl Mill for the paddling portion of the race on the lake.  Then at 12 noon there will be a mass start bike race on dirt roads (on the original course of the 2011 race) that ends at Green Mountain Bikes in Rochester with a party and local wood-fired brick oven pizza.  Participate in one segment of the race, two-segments or all three!

This race was originally started in 2011 as a relief effort to help families in the White River Valley  of Vermont affected by Tropical Storm Irene.  Now this race has grown an morphed into an event to help any family in need in the White River Valley regardless of the circumstance by which that need arose.  The 2013 race is sponsored by The Alchemist Brewery and all proceeds will go to The Vermont Foodbank.
